With over 14 years of in-depth experience in the field of finance and accounting, including 4 years in auditing and 10 years at leading real estate corporations, Mr. Jim Pham is currently responsible for coordinating and controlling all accounting and financial activities at J&P Investment. He possesses a strong foundation in auditing, corporate accounting, cash flow management, and financial structuring support in M&A transactions, with deep expertise in financial control, accounting, and M&A. He has previously worked at A&C Auditing and Consulting Company Limited, Crowe Vietnam Auditing Company Limited, No Va Real Estate Investment Group Joint Stock Company (NVL), and Tien Phuoc Real Estate Joint Stock Company, and has participated in notable transactions such as Le Méridien Saigon, Bel Marina Resort Hoi An, Legacy Hoi An Resort, Holiday Beach Da Nang Hotel & Resort, and VTG Securities.
