She has advised numerous multinational corporations in high-profile investment and M&A transactions, particularly in the banking & finance, construction, and renewable energy sectors.
She currently leads strategic investment transactions at J&P Investment, providing deal structuring, coordination, and risk management throughout the deal life cycle.
